RESERVE HERE!



WANT TO RESERVE A CHARACTER? Reply to this post in the following format:
YOUR USER NAME
CHARACTER NAME
CHARACTER SERIES
SHIP AND POSITION (optional)

NOTE: The Winding Way is currently CLOSED to new apps until further notice. The current reserves will be honored.

Reserves are good for a week. A reservation does not ensure you will be accepted, but your application will be considered first if two people apply for the same character. If there are no reserves pending, applications are on a first come, first serve basis. A reserve will not be accepted if there is already an application pending. PLEASE CHECK THE TAKEN AND WANTED LIST BEFORE YOU RESERVE. Not only will it tell you who's taken, but the wanted list might give you some ideas!

Current characters in the game are allowed to reserve for ship positions they might be switching to. After being accepted for the switch, their reserve lasts indefinitely until they ICly move to the new spot.

Important: You may extend a reserve by one week, and one week only. After that, if you still need more time, you'll have to wait a week before reserving again.

Can't figure out a good position for your character? Don't worry! There are plenty of spots still available for general seamen, which doesn't necessarily have to include grunt work if your character has other skills. Civilians are also allowed on ships as passengers!

Important: You may only have two reserves at a time. Players may only apply for two characters in their first month

Important: A word of warning, we will not be allowing ship transfers as freely as before. Ship transfers will have to be appealed to captains - and the mod team as a whole - based on plot reasons. We do not want the ships to become balanced only to be thrown out of balance by a massive press of transfers. The Victoria II and Silvana are reopened to passengers.

Dropping and reapplying or similar circumvention of the spirit of this rule will not be allowed.

Hi! I'm Fae, and I've got a plotting question for you. Our other Axel and I had it so Reno and him were twins. I was wondering if you wanted to do that, too, or not. If you don't, that's fine, but I just wanted to ask!

Whoops, I should mention there was a bit of backstory that went with it, other than them just being twins. >.<

What you're describing would turn Sogeking into an OC, which is against our rules. While we do allow minor characters to be applied for in this game, Sogeking is originally an aspect of Usopp's character and thus we can't consider him separate enough to play as a different person.

I would be a douche and argue that Sogeking is a completely different personality and therefore should be allowed.

But.

Rules are rules, and we will respect them with the utmost, err, respect <3

And after a bit of discussion, we have come to a conclusion and would like to change things a bit.
